Custom Diets Designed Specifically
For Your Individual Body Chemistry...

Everyone has a different body chemistry, body type, metabolism,
food allergies, food sensitivities, ethnicity... some people are carb
sensitive, some aren't, some do better with low fat, some better
with medium fat and some with high-fat... everyone is different!
Diets based solely on calories do not work!
Foods react differently in everybody.That's why two people can follow
the exact same diet and one may see results and the other won't.
I design custom programs for individuals with meal plans that are
made up of foods that are perfect for their individual system!

MUCH, MUCH MORE THAN MACRO
Prior to signing up with me, many of my clients tried and failed on purely
macro-based plans. They spent as much as $1,000 up front for numbers!
("consume this many calories") Then they had to figure out the breakdown
themselves! Basically telling them they could keep eating what they've
been eating just eat less of it! It's ridiculous! Is a photocopied piece of
paper worth $1,000? IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT CALORIES!!! Food is
medicine, it can either be good medicine or bad medicine depending
on what you consume!

TO THE "T"
I map everything out to the "T" from the time you wake up until the time
you go to bed! I'll tell you what to eat, when to eat it, how much to have,
supplements to consider taking, when to take them... You'll receive a
plethora of information! If you have any questions, I'll answer them
extremely quickly, usually immediately!

DIET IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXERCISE
Most people exercise only once a day, some only 3 times a week, but
most people eat 3 to 6 times a day, so if you're eating the incorrect foods
for your system it doesn't take long to see and feel the effects! Also,
look at all the spin, aerobic, and kick-boxing instructors... that are
overweight! They're performing cardio multiple times a day and they're
overweight because they're consuming the wrong foods!

I haven't worked out in a gym in over 20 years!
I workout 3 times a week for 15 minutes at home on a band flex machine
I perform 20 minutes of cardio twice a week on a health rider and I'm
extremely lean because I consume the correct foods for my system!
